1. Open A.V.A

2. Join A Server and Open the Shop

3. Go To BackPack

4. Select BackPack B

5. Buy [Infection] Special Weapon II

6. Equip from Inventory

7. Enjoy!

THIS WORKS FOR INFECTION ONLY!!!
