hi ppl is it posable to change discription of my dll in c++?

Yes. create a RC file named main, then go to resource view and you will see there an oprion "Add resource" then press version, and you will be able to change there.

But this is only if you have visual pro editon or ultimate.

Provide a name for your resource script file in the Name text box, then click Open.
