What does it takes to be sticky worthy?

Hey, I am wondering what I need to make a post sticky. Does it need to be approved by a Moderator?

This was a tutorial I made a while ago. It has helped many people in the CrossFire section. If the post were to be made stickied, I am sure it can help more people in the CrossFire section.

Stickied threads are usually from Staff, only few regular user submitted threads get stickied.
If you think it's worthy just VM a GM+

Well if you ask for a sticky, we usually decide among the CF staff whether it should be stickied or not.

It should be detailed, explanatory. It should have variety... Only super important threads, informatic game related threads get stickied.

I am already compiling pretty much a guide of everything... XTrap errors and possible solutions, hacking requirements, and crossfire game related issues. But that's not important for now.

Sticky worthy must be well detailed and informational about the section topic you are in. Probably will need to be filled with general ideas in one thread as well.

depends on what section you want a sticky in since its up to the staff of that section

No single tutorial is going to get stickied. If it is a compilation of tutorials from the section it has a much better change, other than that I wouldn't even bother worrying about it.

There used to be a Cross Fire Hacking Requirements Thread made by Jigsaw which was stickied in the help section .
I got no idea what happened to it , it really made it easy for us and the other people .
