DayZ Nav 2.3 loading issue

Hello, I have did everything Lockdown said to do to fix a error and when I run that program everything works fine
but when I get to the point after I hit ok to go into the game it says "Loading" on the bottom of a bar that is full.
Could someone please help me?

Edit: Apparently DayZ Nav has nothing to do with my issue. Could someone please tell me how to resolve this issue?
I'm on the latest patch.

Try a different server, or re-download your DayZ files.
