Is He Using No Recoil?

I looks like no recoil, still spread, what you guys thing?

Watch the whole video, and to answer your question...he is using no recoil if u look at the parts when he/she spraying the p90tr his recoil is still not going up,down,left, or right as for the sniper recoil: no recoil on that too all them sniper shots went str8. I know as well as everyone here knows after the shot of a sniper rifle the recoil supposed to kick upward but it didn't. All in all yes this person hacks
