How to change a script/scripts into a .dll or compiled version of the script

^ Title says it all, also if your going to say go learn C/C-/C++ I, know a few basic's but the question is if I use VB6 can I compile the scripts into a .dll and inject?

how about in general? is it posible to compile a script/scripts to make a .dll to be injected? instead of executing a script
