I had the same issue and solved it by reinstalling BAF/PMC

Or, right click, properties, local files, verify integrity of game cache.

lol this doesnt even need to be asked on a hacking forum, just go to your ARMA2OA folder, then go into the PMC/addons folder and delete said files your are missing, and voila you should be fine. Next time you load up arma it MIGHT say you are missing air_d_baf.pbo, in that case just do the same thing but in the BAF folder and delete it.
That way when you load up ARMA2 again it will reinstall those files into your directory and you should be good.
