Either do the nulgath quest or if your a member do the bamboozle vs drudgen quest and do supplies to spin the wheel

No you can't do rare quest even if you have the quest id and the required items if you turn it in it will be stuck there so no point on doing it

No. Only doing the nulgath larvae or supplies to spin the wheel of chance are non-member. I've only gotten 1 Diamond of nulgath. -.-

If you have Craig and Bamzoodle, their quests are the best way to farm nulgath items. And if you have drudgen that makes it more better because if you get a Undentified 13 you can trade that for 3 diamonds!
