ok so my friend got this virus he sais he thinks he got rid of it but he sais that ie and firefox wont search for him and told me to post to ask for help

What is the virus doing. Ive ran into alot of viruses I might be able to help. Tell him to tell you his processes. Ctrl alt delete. Go to processes.
