VIP doesn't have NX hacks, and yeah you could be fined if you did that.

hehe if there ever was a hack like that nexon would be close to ruined, or a lot of players would be hunted down, just imagine if a d/c hack went public, the game would be in utter chaos, some things are better left un-hacked
