Macro and Microsoft mouse

I have Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 V 1.0 and this tool for the mouse:

When I'm trying to assign macro to LPM it says "You must assing the "Click" command to either the Left button or the Right button. Do you want your Right button assigned to the "Click" command?"

Of course I can choose yes but then I have click on Right mouse button

Is any way to set-up good macro for no-recoil for this mouse by using this tool or another?

I'm playing with M16A3 + foregrip + heavy barell
