hey guys i have been running since the middle of august
my route is about 6km but sometimes i can do 8 km
the 6km route is non stop running but the 8 km route is only 6km run and 2 km walk
i do this everyday. When i first started it it was really hard but now it find it really easy {my average speed is 8/7kmh}
you would think a straight road but the most part is climbing.
So what sport do you do?

basically i play football (soccer).I was a runner too but now I do that in field .

Sometime Football(soccer for fucking americans), swimming and running .

If ur runing i can recomend u an Android app called "Endomondo Sports Tracker" It shows ur speed , distance , and other awesome things. It just make's the running more fun.


Anyway im going to gym 3 times a week.
