These are not Steam keys, you need to have the game(s) downloaded already to use them.
You will not be able to launch Arma2:OA with Steam either when using the keys. You'll need to use DayZ commander/SixLauncher.

I'm unsure of how much these keys are actually worth, show me proof if you think they're too high and I might lower them.
