step 1 download the file

step 2 place the downloaded file in documents>my games> borderlands 2> willowgame> savedata>(random numbers found inside folder) , (if you have a save with the same save number simply change the last digit so that it is different from the others it will not hurt the file)

step 3 load borderlands 2 and find the new character

step 4 look in your back pack all the skins are located inside

note (no this will not replace your profile data though you may gain some token from the new character and/or achievements)
