guys help me i dont know what the proplem in VB

hi all please help me i dont know what the proplem in my visual basic he dont want working

what the proplem ? iam Re'install it one and once more and dont want work give me the same error iam accept the terms and all things i have screen to what i do ...
1-iam open vbsetup
2-iam set up it and install in 2 times !
3-and iam sure i install (Visual Basic 2008 express)
4-open visual basic give me this error message
what i do then ? i have sure i install all VB dont visual basic only
