Using an OMM for trades is the best option. It removes all the risk in the trusting issues, as there is staff moderating your trade.

It is basically impossible to get scammed while using an OMM. However, no one can predict the future and thus can result in a mishap. If you do happen to get scammed, the user will be permanently IP banned from MPGH unless the scammer either refunds you or completes his/her part of the deal.

You can confirm whether a user is an OMM or not by checking to see if they have the violet colored "MIDD-MAN" usertitle underneath their username.
