All of the new skins and heads are in the Save Editor, so I'm guessing he just used that to place them in his inventory. That's probably how he created those new weapons as well.

hey. is this mule set up for xbox or what system i tried to install on my HDD and just not reading for some reason

You can probably just use the Save Editor to convert it to an Xbox save file. I haven't tried it myself, but there is the option to switch the save type on the Save Editor so I assume it would work.

I request that you remove the DLC download link at least for a while, because what is the fucking point of playing the dlc if everyone has everything.

It's each person's choice whether or not to download and use this, and we all know what content and experiences we are missing out on when we use things like this. The point of playing through the DLC is the story, new enemies, and other new content. If someone cares about loot, they can just unlock the skins and not use the weapons. It's each person's choice how they want to play the game, so don't worry about other people using the weapons before they should be able to.

Also, he would not even be able to create the hovercraft skins if i had not shown him how.

As I said before, all of the new skins are in the Save Editor, and it's very easy to add all of the skins to a character's inventory. Even if you did help him somehow, it's very easy to do so it's not like this wouldn't have been created.

He actually did this all by himself. I was chatting with him while it happened. It was really complex Even I couldn't understand it, and i understand C++. So he is insane.

Is the Relic "Blood of the Seraphs" bugged or modded wrong? The stats vary all the time. Or is that supposed to be the legendary effect?

Hi thanks for all the skins. I got the dlc last night and used the mule for that and now when i put the head on it kicks my mate out the game and cant join in till i change it back so just wondering if anybody else found that too.

It's not bugged, I've seen a few in-game that all vary. Besides, you've got to remember that one of Borderlands' features is that weapons and artifacts etc. are all randomly generated.
