It's not bugged, I've seen a few in-game that all vary. Besides, you've got to remember that one of Borderlands' features is that weapons and artifacts etc. are all randomly generated.

That is not what I meant. The stats vary for one and the same Relic. You equip it, the stats chance, you put it in your backpack, the stats change, you drop it, the stats change, you pick it up and the stats change.

So how exactly does this work? I downloaded the archive, put the files into my savedata folder and started the game afterwards. Then I started each SaveGame once, however, I'm stilling only having the skills that I unlocked with my main character

1. Copy the save files to "C:\Users\<Name>\Documents\My Games\Borderlands 2\WillowGame\SaveData\<Numbers>"
2. Ingame click "Select Character" and load the new ones
3. Open the Backpack and activate all the skins like you normally do
4. Everything gets saved into your profile.bin. You are done!

You should really write introductions in the starting post. That kind of question gets raised waaay too often :P

It's actually the hidden effect of the legendary seraph relic. It gives a constantly varying amount of increased health and hp regen, pretty cool huh?

I already suspected such a thing. Well, that actually sucks xP
You have to play around re-equiping that thing until you actually get a good version.

Thanks so much for this. For now I only used it for Kawaii Killer as I really like to unlock/find skins myself, but that one I just really wanted, and I'm done with Vermivorous...too much of a pain to kill over and over and get nothing repeatedly. :/
