You should be able to just simply download the DLC and play it if you're using a crack which is made specifically for that update, but if you want to play legitimately on Steam then the answer is no.

You're going to have to buy the DLC then. If you're planning on buying all the future DLC, then I suggest you just save up a bit more money and buy the Season Pass.

This Unlock includes:

Instructions:

1. Download Update 1.1.1 + All DLC
2. Run Borderlands.2.Captain.Scarlett.and.her.Pirates.Boo ty.DLC.exe and use their fixed content
3. Start Game and have fun:
4. - For Premier Club DLC: You must have 1 golden key, and Gearbox Gunpack
5. - For Slaughter Dome DLC: Go to the Natural Selection Annex with Fast Travel
6. - For Captain Scarlett and her Pirates Booty DLC: Go to Oasis with Fast Travel
7. - For Mechromancer DLC: Select Character in Menu
