Can anyone teach me how to create hack files so that i can figure things out myself?

Hey, anybody who knows alot on computer engineering and[SPOILER][/SPOILER] is able to teach me how to create hack files? Or Recommended me any books to read up so that i can understand the system of computers and know what it can be used for or also links? Hope that some body can teach me.... i know about the new patch in blackshot.... i know that everyone does not know how to create a hack file for blackshot now. But can just teach me how to create a hack file.... does not need to be a file which is able to hack blackshot. Thanks
