Yes it can.

Open up your save in Horizon/Modio
Click on contents tab and Extract SaveGame.sav
Open SaveGame.sav up in the editor
make changes and hit save and Name it SaveGame (in a different location)
Replace old SaveGame.sav with new modded one
Hit rehash and resign
Done

Hey,

I am having an issue, finished MAIN game, got Scarlett DLC when I went to OASIS to play saved and exited game then went back in hit continue instead of resuming it restarted game from level 1 ... Now I saw this Savegame editor thanks to Royalgamer06 n thought, hey I may be able to just edit my save set it back to where I left off, right about where I killed the WARRIOR ! That's all I wanna do .. get my character back to where I left off, don't care about the rest !

Can it be done n how ?

Well I kinda figured it out, in RAW you set Active Mission to X n PlotMission to Y but I got no freaking idea as to the values of X and Y for Last WARRIOR mission .. Plus the fact that value of Active Mission Number is not sticking .. I set to let's say 18 save n run game only to find out that it set back to 1 Claptrap's eye mission ..

I am getting frustrated here xD

You have to go through RAW DATA but I suggest using Cheat Engine instead as it is MUCH easier bro :3

thanks man, I like taking good guns and just making them more user friendly and if i like a gun at level 12 why not just make it a level 33 or whatever. theres a lot of other pluses but thats my favorite thing about save editors for borderlands.

Im primarily using it atm to spite the new Seraph rarity that was implemented. Such a poor concept.
