Is there a working dll injector for Windows 7 64 bit?

I've tried Ava's best injector but didnt work (and yes i have a working bypass because cheat engine DOES work)
But what is the best recommended injector for an euro hack??

Do i have to type ava.exe in the ''what to inject:''?
