Ok here is how to.

If you use Vista then run it as administrator and you have to
inject it when it give a black screen (when it is loading)
Look for screen in attachments.

Another way is to first join a game,
Then when you are ingame, alt-tab out of it and inject
but when a new rounds start in bucaneer bay your game will crash.
