I assume that people on this site have at least a decent amount of RAM if they are browsing this site. Someone with DDR1 RAM should just give up on gaming entirely unless it's solitaire Kaspersky is good but it rings out a few too many false positives for my liking (it hates te armadillo packer). Nod32 has been my favorite for awhile, it only bogs down doing scans and in gaming mode it takes up less resources than a widget
