Hello, download my mod in the attachments and extract the files to your Grand Theft Auto IV map.
Works for 1.0.7.0, i don't know if it works on other versions.

Numpad Key 7: Get into players vehicle.
Numpad Key 8: Go to players.
Numpad Key 9: Random outfit.
Numpad Key 4: Super explosion on all players that is 10 < feet from you.
Numpad Key 5: Simple explosion on all players that is 100 < feet from you.
Numpad Key 6: Infinite health and weapons/ammo.

NOTE: If it doesn't work, try press on the Numlock button.

For the mod wheel, need AsiLoader ...

More AsiLoader the wheel only with xlive.dll and games for windows live with xlive.dll not open =/

You don't need an asi loader for tjack_m0d. Just extract all files in the attachment to your Grand Theft Auto IV folder.
