There's a big ol' Cheat Engine script somewhere that modifies the drop rarities (not the rates, so not every enemy drops a gun) to always be Legendaries, or something. If I find it, I'll post the link here for you.
One day I decided to play Borderlands 2. I've made a new char and started looking for a game.
I joined one, there was just normal play. I opened a few chests and there were purples and orange items.
I was like what? I must be lucky or something, but then shit gets abnormal, like in every chest I get orange and purple.
Then the host said something about since he played with another guy it affected him with those abnormal drops, idk.
So, I continued playing for a while and then I left. Anyone here faced the same?

is there a easy tutorial to follow to make that item rarity script work?
If you find that link please share it, after 3 characters playing all the way through the main and the DLCs the game is getting stale
seeing the same ol whites and greens. Its almost to the point of not opening anything due to the rarity of good drops.
Thank goodness for the editor and codes here on this forum, otherwise I would have went back to BL1 long ago.

Actually credit for that one goes to mgreed and mgr.inz.Player. I only made some suggestions on how to improve the Lua code to remove some redundancy. Though the one I included in my cheat compilation is a modified version of that on Cheat Engine. I included it in my cheat compilation a while back and updated when necessary.
