It's NOT LV it's EV EV for Event.

I doubt EVERY player in a room would level at the same time.

so is this going on now

They used to do that all weekends in the beggining. Now i dont know if they will start doing it again. I hope they do

It's been going on for ages, it's only after 6pm on weekends.
