i THINK, dont no.. that what it does is set your FPS(thats Frames per Second, not First Person Shooter) higher so to you, you walk normally but to other ppl it seems taht you lag LIKE HELL so you 'teleport' to places. i dont no. and until someone tests it.. i wont be usin it. the reason i think this is i googled it and found some instruction thingymobob. oh and i
