easy way to unban yourself from ca (no bad comments plz)

if u have ever been banned not demoted from ca u will notice that it is not allowing you to play because there is a post before u come in saying that u have been banned. right, that is only with your ip address. ip stand 4 ips which stands 4 internet provider services . so you must just change your ip address and your back on ca. NOTICE: you can NOT change your rank back . you are demoted permenently. also i no most of you know this but some people dont so it is not 4 u if u know about this.
