how can I give Infected usp45,throwing knife / normal infected server uses [such as -[TG]-Zombies Server use] mine problem is that when some one is first Infected he gets "SCAR-H" and another time "MACHINE PISTOL"

What he means, without all the useless backchat is in the DSR file, it tells which weapons a regular player and an injected gets. You need to go through it and find the setting.
Or there are some injected DSRs on the Teknogods site. Have a look there.

i said idk to modify .dsr I tried several things i don't understand that fking shit
dat value "1,0" all are 0 yet it gives SCAR-H to first infected and Machine pistol to infected
