No... The exact time and how long you will be banned for isn't really listed. Neither is the amount of bans you get till you get perma'd. It all really depends on what you are banned for.

Anyways no. You really can't tell how many times an account has gotten banned. Although maybe support can tell you, but I am not sure. The only information you can get is if an account has been banned before or not. So no honorable ribbon = banned once or more.
