How to design a Gif?

I watching a movie, there is a part so funny for 5 sec.

I want to make a gif to make the 5 sec repeat forever.

So what make a gif and how i put that 5 sec in gif?

I dont got a screen recorder or crap.

Please help.

A gif is essentially a group of still shots that play at a certain interval...So it's just alot of pictures disguised as one file, then packaged with information that tells your browser how to display it. There are many free-ware programs that can take a folder of pictures and make them into a GIF...Another very useful tool would be photoshop. The layers and GIF creation interface can be very handy. If you plan on creating a GIF from a video, then you will need a selection of single frames from that video saved as image files.
