    Ehh your registry is probably fucked up. Just a sec.

    You have XP right??

    Go to command prompt type in msconfig. Go to startup tab and scroll down and look for something that says /L:ENG or somethin that says system32 and uncheck it. Press apply than restart ur shit.

    If that doesnt work go to start, programs, startup. Maybe you have somethin in there.

    Come back If it isnt resolved.
