it doesn't take down a server, you just get the Connection reset error, because you are connecting too fast. try to hit Refresh button fast in the Minecraft menu and you'll get the same result.

Wait i downloaded it again and ran multiple power dosing and after a little bit the server crashed

how did you find out that the server is down?
