I need help i don't know where else to post this.
i sold an iPod touch 4g 8gb on eBay on the 18th of September but did not post it in till the 5th of October but by that time a case had been opened against me and the customer had been refunded by eBay on the 8th of October. I didn't know any of this because all my eBay emails went into my spam folder for some reason. So today on the 15th of November i found all of this out. However eBay expects me to reimburse the amount of £133.25 which on don't have a penny of, However i have a receipt that shows i have sent the iPod with the tracking code so i can tell that they have received it and have it. But i don't know what to do because i have sent eBay a email saying this but the case was closed on the 9th of October. I need help please, i don't know what to do, if don't pay it i with have dept collectors coming around or i could be taken to court

Only thing you can do is contact customer service...
Send them the tracking ID etc.
And what is the £133.25 charge for?...

You sent it late, it's basically all your fault. If I paid for something, and someone finally decides to mail it 20 days later then it becomes their problem.
I doubt you'll be able to resolve it unless the buyer is still willing to pay you.

I've owed them money since whenever, still haven't paid.
Yes i understand that i sent it late and i know it is all my fault, however it would be classed as fraud if i have to pay and if i took it to a court i would in fact win.
But thanks anyway i did get the money taken off and eBay has admitted that is was there fault because there automated services payed the refund and closed the case after only 4 days, where as the distance selling law states that he has to 90 days.
Thanks everyone for the help i did in fact get the money taken off so all is good eBay have admitted they are partly to blame for the incident.
