I suggest you stop hacking if you got VAC banned

Depending on what game it is, you will not be able to play any games on a similar engine (ETC: VAC Banned for CS:S = No more multiplayer on Source) and so on.

Depending on the game (like others have stated) you will need to make a new steam account and buy a new serial key.
Since TF2 is free i think a new steam account does the trick.
