In the "Process Name" box, write "iw5m.dat" or "iw5mp.exe". Yes you can rename the iw5m.dat to iw5mp.exe to avoid updates. Now just start IW5M.
You won't need to do this for TeknoMW3 as additional patching isn't needed.

The game wont start and shows me an error message when I do that. Or how to do it? I went into my cod folder and renamed it. Aftert that game told me that it cant find (dont know exactly what)

Anyway it works well but not the nametags. When I press f8 nothing happens. And the disable grenade thing doesnt work too. I still get flashed.

.....Both work for me, also, don't run the LaunchIW5M.exe ...... You run the iw5mp.exe file...
Also if you read the thread, the disabling of grenade effects automatically happens. I included it in the main loop.

And @Kenshin13 now it works, thanks. Anyway the name esp and grenades worked second time, i tried...
maybe i made sth. wrong. But great release. Everything works now =)

Had same problem. U have to start it after renaming directly (not LaunchIW5M.exe). U need to start iw5mp.exe (iw5m.dat before) by double clicking it.

Then have the auto-inject option set in an injector before you start the LaunchIW5M.exe

but the game now still freezes with auto inject on connecting to a server. Any solution ?

Uhh...no idea guys, it works for my friends and myself....
Try disabling your antivirus, running the injector as an administrator or inject it on a safe mode prompt.
Also try disabling Data Execution Prevention (Google -_-) for LaunchIW5M.exe, iw5m.exe/iw5mp.exe (You can't select a .dat file so rename iw5m.dat to the ones to the left)
