    How to install Minecraft Forge 1.4.5 ?

    Hi, i'm a new minecrafter for 2 week and i' really love it.
    I have an problem
    I tried out the new 1.4.5 pre-realese forge and it just keeps on crashing. I deleted meta-inf in both the forge folder and the minecraft.jar. My jar is brand new. It is fresh, doesn't have any mods so it shouldn't interfere with anything. Any help?
