I would like to get the Nig Boy Image title please.

I read every single stickied thread over 5 times and found nothing bout Nig Boy image title. I can post the image itself yet I want when I put the mouse on it to see the words Nig Boy. So what should I do? And if there is a sticky thread mentioning these things can you link me to it? Thanks,

You must've missed a couple of things then.
Although this can't be found in either of the stickies, the "NIG BOI" title is meant for a certain usergroup.
This means you can't request it, since that would be the same as asking for a usergroup = not allowed.

Next, and this has been posted several times: you need atleast 1,337 posts in order to request an image title (unless you become a Donator).
Lastly, you are required to upload your desired image title to TinyPic when making a staff request.
