You would have to check their compatible games list.

I meant could I pay you with something through steam? Ingame item/game? Because that's the only way I can pay you. I was going to use this card for a game called "Uberstrike" which I know is compatible with the ultimate game cards. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Nope, the stock has to match up with the amount of money going in.
If there are cards taken out and no money going in then it's not going to look good.

Depends on what site.
Some sites aren't available in some countries.
Some sites don't take paypal.
Some site aren't instant.
And some sites sell them more expensive - $12 for just a $10 card.

Most of the prices online are more expensive than the actual card.
