#1 Infraction - English only unless it is a proper regional forum. For example in the Combat Arms Russia section you are allowed to speak Russian and English.

#2 Infraction - The post you made is indeed thread hijacking. Just because other people are doing it doesn't mean you should. They shouldn't be doing it either, but remember we cannot look at every post that is made, as that is impossible. We try to keep unnecessary posts/threads off the forum though. If you see someone doing that make sure you report the post. Also once again that is thread hijacking because you are basically directing the attention of the thread to another thread, or you are changing the complete "theme" of the thread.
