just switch your RAM around to un-Hardware ban yourself im pretty sure but if you don't want to do that i'm selling a csm3 3.32kdr Legit with loads of xp passes for 10 bucks or something if you want

There are two separate types of IP bans: being banned from playing CA and being banned from making accounts. If you are only banned from making accounts, you are still able to play CA with an existing account.
