    firstly, if your gaming is slow, try cleaning dust in your computer?(that speed up my pc twice time faster )
    or maybe try set the setting low abit... like Textures to mid - low or reflection to low - off. might turn fof ur AA too.
    well if both didnt work try GameBooster, its a software but only can use on 1 game. very useful.

    Download Ccleaner. registry booster , advanced system care , tune up utilities , razor game booster . Defrag your c drive. I don't have to as I have an i7 laptop
