Its located in the VIP fourms (AKA you have to buy a hack from their site to access the VIP) Never said it couldn't be leaked or traded. I even gave it away to every one who asked for it. Haven't received a key yet.... cause I gave it away. I have given it to quite a few people and never required them to give a key back to me. I asked if they didnt mind donating one to me, most didnt but its fine with me.
