If i post hacks that my friends make, or that i got from a 3rd party site and say that i did not make them, is that still against MPGH rules?

You would have to give credits to the original maker of the hack(s), and you would need to make sure that the hack does not have an advertisement to that third party site.
If a hack posted on mpgh contains advertising to any site other than mpgh then it will not be allowed.
