Might I suggest making a key legend ON the menu itself? No one likes to have to come and search for key bindings.

EDIT: oh and works for multiplayer (sometimes crashes when i use Players Explode too much but its no problem)

The menu in this one is most to see what stuff that is on/off. You can't choose stuff in it. I'm sorry.
This menu worked in TBOGT (The Ballad Of Gay Tony) for me. It should also do for you.
