Modding Black Ops Zombies (you will understand once you read)

OK, I have followed recent tutorials and I am having a proble, justtry to hold on cause this is my first time modding black ops on the xbox.

What I do
-Take USB 16GB
-Put gamer profile on it
-open xero
-look in my USB
-see a xbox 360 folder that's hidden
-look inside and it's all .dat files or something

So I do not see my profile or black ops zombie save or anything, the reason why I chose xero was because I wanted to make my own mods instead of using someone else's. I look in my USB without xero and the same thing is there, a hidden folder called xbox 360 and inside is just .dat files or something and nothing else.

Any help would be appreciated.
