The hack is detected only if you get a VAC Ban. When you launch multiplayer ,and try do play, what does it say?

If it says Server Disconnected-Cheat Detected, then it's a VAC ban.

If it doesn't , then the game staff have been watching your gameplay, and you've been playing like an idiot.

Their own anti cheat also bans automatically dude.... just like VAC and VAC isn't even running in black ops 2

I've used the first day it came out and even five minutes ago I played and nothing happened.
This, however, should not be used in veteran mode where you kill a player with a shot otherwise it would be too obvious.
