As bad as this situation is, you still have to agree to protect their freedom to do it, since their freedom of speech is exactly the same as our freedom of speech.

Its also good to point out that whenever they announce that they'll planning to picket a funeral, many people in the community step up to block them by doing a counter picket, or even go as far as sabotaging cars and shit so they can't show up.
