U-install all anti-virus he/she got!

That might solve it.

I think some anti-virus got their own "NAT" stuff. Port forwarding thingy, of ports to block.
Might be... No idea (because I'm dumb)

i remove my av and firewall , i reset my router and i change my pc resolution i did a lower resolution because i use i use intel i5 not i7 and my my game grafics configuration the game is little bi laggy but is connecting with no problems to the bo2 server that take me about 2 hour in the pfone with a guy from activision .

sometime that not work i try that but nothing i instal a program to make my ip static and them i did port foward like the activitsion guy tell me and nothing

Sorry to 'bump' this thread, but exactly what ports should you portforward?
Because I have this same exact problem!
